3 steps to start your pulmonary rehabilitation

1. THE REGISTRATION FORM FOR A REHABILITATION AT THE HEALTH RESORT

Contact us by email or contact form. If possible attach your current medical test results (urine, complete blood count, X-ray, ECG). Add short description of your disease and any wishes concerning the treatment.

2. CONFIRMATION OF THE PULMONARY REHABILITATION TREATMENT PLAN

Now you have time to think about your options and to send us any questions you may have. We recommend you go for treatment having all questions, doubts or concerns answered. Once you decide to come you will receive confirmation of acceptance for the pulmonary rehabilitation and treatment stay. We will confirm the start date of your treatment and you will pay deposit. Then we will help you with your travel arrangements to ensure the best conditions for your stay in Krakow (we can also help you find the cheapest flights to Krakow).

3. ARRIVAL in KRAKOW

Once you arrive at Krakow International Airport (Balice Airport) we will welcome you. You will be provided with your appointment card stating the date and time of your first rehabilitation appointment. Then we will transport you directly to your hotel or to the Health Resort, depending on your first appointment time.
