Root canal treatments with microscope

Root canal treatment is a dental procedure to treat infection at the center of a tooth (the root canal system). Root canal treatment is also called endodontics.
To treat the infection in the root canal, the bacteria needs to be removed. This can be done in one of two ways only:
removing the tooth (extraction)
or
attempting to save the tooth by removing the bacteria from the root canal system.
Root canal treatment can be successful when all root canals are detected and treated.
The operating microscope, which provides extreme magnification allows to identify and treat even minute structures and problem areas. This procedure makes it possible to minimize pain and achieve excellent long-term results.
